By accessing or using Unifie (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unifie provides a browser extension and web platform that allows users to create, manage, and inject contextual memory into third-party AI chat interfaces. The Service operates primarily locally within your browser.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• "Credits" correspond to API usage where applicable (e.g., Super Brain syncs).
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To inject malicious code, prompt injections, or harmful payloads into third-party interfaces.
• To attempt to bypass our rate limits or credit systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Unifie makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. Because Unifie interacts with DOM structures of third-party websites (like ChatGPT or Claude), we do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, as those third parties may change their code at any time.
