Our Story

Solving the AI Context Problem

We built Unifie because we were tired of repeating ourselves to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

The Mission

As AI models become more powerful, our interactions with them become more fragmented. You might use ChatGPT for coding, Claude for writing, and Gemini for research. The problem? They don't talk to each other. Every time you start a new chat, you start from zero.

Unifie was founded in 2026 with a single mission: To build the universal memory layer for AI. We believe that your AI context—your facts, preferences, and ongoing projects—should belong to you, not siloed within a specific platform.

Local-First Architecture

When dealing with personal context and memory, privacy is non-negotiable. That is why we architected Unifie to be Local-First.

  • Your memory Brains are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB.
  • Data is processed locally before being injected into the AI chat interface.
  • Cloud sync is completely optional and strictly opt-in.

How it Works

Unifie operates as a lightweight Chrome Extension. It quietly indexes your conversations in the background, extracting key facts and project details into structured "Knowledge Nodes". When you start a new conversation, Unifie retrieves relevant context and silently injects it into the AI's system prompt.
